Yemen Whistleblowing Overview

This report is part of a series of working papers providing an overview on whistleblowing in seven countries from the Middle East and North Africa region. The papers offer first insights into the situation of whistleblowing, a number of case studies, and a summary of the various legal frameworks and their strong and weak-spots. These brief overviews include recommendations for systemic reform and aim at being a start of a discussion on improved protection of whistle-blowers. This report focuses on Yemen.
