Like you, we at Transparency International are people who want a world free of corruption, a world where transparency exposes the corrupt so that they can be brought to justice.
Join the anti-corruption movement today.
Without the generous support you give us, we would not be able to hold the powerful to account and challenge the corrupt.
If you share our vision of a corruption-free world, take action and donate now to help us achieve a world where justice prevails and benefits all.
No country can ignore its reputation for corruption. That means no country can ignore Transparency International.
“This is our land, our forest, our life. We want justice.”
Coming from one of the most remote corners of the world, the people of Manus Province, Papua New Guinea, seem like an unlikely match for the might of logging companies.
But they’re not alone. With the help of our legal advice centre, one community is demanding their rights.

Donating to Transparency International means supporting anti-corruption work around the world.
The majority of your donation goes directly towards supporting frontline work done in local communities by our national chapters. This includes funding for our Advocacy and Legal Advice Centres (ALACs), which make a vital difference to people’s daily lives.
Your donation also boosts our critical research into understanding and exposing corruption, as well as our work to change laws, policies and global anti-corruption frameworks that tackle corruption and the corrupt.
It’s possible to make a donation towards a specific area of work, but only if the donation value is over €5,000. To do so, please contact us directly.
You can find more information about how your money is being spent in our annual financial highlights documents.
We welcome donations in all forms: cash, legacies, in-kind (services), stock and real estate.
With every donation, however, we make sure it will not impair our independence to pursue our mission or endanger our integrity and reputation. You can read our Guiding Principles to learn more. We list the names of all donors giving over €1,000 annually in our financial reports and on our website.
Under German law we are obliged to issue a Spendenbescheinigung (donation receipt) for all donations over €200 made from within Germany – all such donations made without providing a full name and address cannot be accepted. We are also unable to accept donations made without an appropriate level of donor information, or which may be deemed fraudulent or suspicious. If your donation has been rejected in error, please contact us.
Yes. The most efficient way to support our work is to set up a recurring monthly or yearly subscription.
You can do this by selecting ‘monthly’ or ‘yearly’ when making a donation through our website, or by setting up a direct debit from your bank account to ours (please email us with your contact details if you choose this option).
We understand that circumstances change and not everyone will be able to give indefinitely. If you no longer wish to continue your recurring donation, please contact us, giving at least one week’s notice before your next expected donation. We will endeavour to cancel your subscription within one week.
Many of our national chapters accept direct individual donations in support of their work. See their details in a specific country to donate.
