Corruption and Cambodia's governance system: the need for reform
The 2014 Cambodia NIS assessment reveals that overall Cambodia has a weak integrity system. It is not strong enough to uphold the rule of law, ensure sustainable development and a good quality of life for the population at large. Despite this, some notable areas of strength do exist, including some aspects of the legal framework which are robust and comprehensive.
