Luxembourg
There is little to no enforcement against foreign bribery in Luxembourg. The country accounts for 0.6 per cent of global exports, but opened no known investigations or cases between 2016 and 2019, and concluded only one case with sanctions cases during this period.
Luxembourg publishes annual statistics on corruption related information. In addition, a law establishing a register of beneficial ownership came into force in early 2019. National authorities will have full access to the register, while others will have limited access.
