Transparency International to launch

Corruption Perceptions Index 2006

Transparency International’s Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) 2006 ranks 163 countries by their perceived levels of domestic corruption.

The index, released annually since 1995, looks at public sector corruption based on expert assessments and is credited with putting TI and the issue of corruption on the international agenda.
