Audited Financial Statements

We file our annual financial statements according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, adopted by the European Union. These statements, which include independent auditors' reports and details on income and expenditure, are available to download.

Transparency International e.V. presents our financial statements on a consolidated basis, with Transparency International EU, based in Brussels, and Friends of Transparency International, based in Washington DC.

The 2025 Financial Statements were formally endorsed by the Board of Directors in June 2026.
