REPORT LAUNCH - Global Corruption Report on Sport and results of football fan poll 23 February

The Global Corruption Report: Sport and results of football fan poll to be launched on 23 February

At a time when football, tennis and track and field face big corruption crises Transparency International will publish its Global Corruption Report: Sport, an analysis of the root causes of corruption in sport that provides recommendations of what can be done to fix it.

Coinciding with the report, the Forza Football/Transparency International FIFA poll on what FIFA fans think of the upcoming election will be published for the second time.

The report covers governance, match-fixing and big events, the role of athletes and a special section on US collegiate sports. It includes 60 articles from a broad range of contributors, including the International Olympic Committee, players’ organisations, athletes past and present, supporters groups and academics.
