The assessment of Ukraine’s National Integrity System offers an evaluation of the legal basis and actual performance of the national governance institutions (“pillars”) which are responsible for counteracting corruption. Ukraine’s NIS assessment suggests that corruption in Ukraine is a systemic problem existing across the board and at all levels of public administration.
