This study is designed to assess the Jordanian National Integrity System (NIS) through an analysis of the capacities of the main institutions of the State, and an assessment of the extent to which the roles relating to anti-corruption, promotion of transparency, accountability, and governance are undertaken up to the 30th of March 2016. The preparation of this study has been accompanied by several national developments. For example but not limited to, the issuance of the elections Law, Political Parties Law, Decentralisation Law, and the adoption of the National Action Plan for Human Rights, as well as the attempts in favour of the structural reform in many regulatory institutions.
