      <description><![CDATA[<p>On 27 April the UK parliament <a href="https://www.transparency.org/news/pressrelease/7778">passed</a> an important provision of the Criminal Finance Bill that introduces a powerful new weapon into the anti-corruption arsenal: Unexplained Wealth Orders. This follows action already taken in Australia and Ireland.</p>
