We file our annual financial statements according to the [International Financial Reporting Standards](http://www.ifrs.org/), adopted by the European Union. These statements, which include independent auditors' reports and details on income and expenditure, are available to download.

Transparency International e.V. presents our financial statements on a consolidated basis, with [Transparency International EU](https://transparency.eu/), based in Brussels, and Friends of Transparency International, based in Washington DC.

*The 2025 Financial Statements were formally endorsed by the Board of Directors in June 2026.*
