# Mechanizmy przeciwdziałania korupcji w Polsce. Raport z monitoringu URL: https://www.transparency.org/en/publications/national-integrity-system-poland Type: Publication or report Published: 2012-03-05 Updated: 2019-11-22 --- 05 March 2012 Mechanizmy przeciwdziałania korupcji w danym kraju, w myśl koncepcji Transparency International, powinny tworzyć spójny system rzetelności życia publicznego (National Integrity System). Trzeba zaznaczyć, że – przynajmniej w polskich warunkach – jest on bardziej czymś w rodzaju Świętego Graala niż systemem sensu stricto, a więc względnie spójnym zbiorem połączonych elementów (instytucji społecznych), które się wzajemnie funkcjonalnie uzupełniają. Naszej ocenie podlegała więc przede wszystkim jakość funkcjonowania trzynastu podstawowych filarów, na których docelowo powinien się opierać ten system, w tym między innymi władzy ustawodawczej, władzy wykonawczej, organów ścigania czy organizacji pozarządowych, oraz ogólnych uwarunkowań natury ekonomicznej, społecznej, kulturowej i politycznej. ### Related publications ## [How effective is whistleblower protection in the EU?
