# Evaluation du Système national d'intégrité Belgique URL: https://www.transparency.org/en/publications/national-integrity-system-belgium-french Type: Publication or report Published: 2012-05-30 Updated: 2019-11-22 --- 30 May 2012 Ce rapport applique pour la première fois à la Belgique le cadre bien connu du « Système National d'Intégrité » (SNI) développé par Transparency International. Il vise ainsi à donner une large vue d'ensemble du status quaestionis portant sur les nombreux aspects qui peuvent avoir un impact sur la corruption en Belgique. En abordant les différents piliers, nous avons fait mention de fonctions qui ne sont pas ou sont insuffisamment remplies. Trois illustrations éloquentes. D'abord, il n'y a pour l'instant aucune compétence d'enquête administrative au niveau fédéral. En outre, lesautorités fédérales n'ont toujours pas, malgré plusieurs tentatives, mis en place un dispositif d'alerte (whistleblowing) . Enfin, on observe que ni les autorités en général ni les acteurs chargés de lutte contre la corruption en particulier ne font de réels efforts pour informer les citoyens sur la corruption ou les pousser à combattre. ### Related publications ## [How effective is whistleblower protection in the EU?
