European Neighbourhood Policy: Monitoring Georgia’s anti-corruption commitments 2010

This report presents the findings of a monitoring exercise of Georgia’s delivery on commitments made under the 2006 European Neighbourhood Policy Action Plan. They focus on three aspects of governance, all of which are considered central to anti-corruption reform in the countries. Examining the legal framework as well as the implementation of law in practice, these studies provide key insights into progress in improving governance and reducing corruption risks, as well as highlighting areas in which progress has been limited or non-existent.
