# Collective Commitment to Enhance Accountability and Transparency in Emergencies: Guinea report URL: https://www.transparency.org/en/publications/create-guinea-report Type: Publication or report Published: 2017-03-30 Updated: 2020-05-12 --- 30 March 2017 This report presents research that looked at the integrity of the response to the Ebola crisis provided in Guinea and, for comparative analysis Sierra Leone, as part of the CREATE project (Collective Commitment to Enhance Accountability and Transparency in Emergencies) led by Transparency International in partnership with Humanitarian Outcomes (HO) and Groupe URD.
