Latvia demonstrates limited enforcement against companies bribing abroad. The country accounts for 0.1 per cent of global exports, and between 2016 and 2019, it opened 6 investigations against foreign bribery. However, no cases were either opened or concluded with sanctions during this time period.

The Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau provides annual reports on foreign bribery enforcement. Latvia also has a public beneficial ownership register that can be accessed free of charge.
