About the Global Corruption Barometer

The GCB is one of the largest, most detailed surveys of citizens’ views on corruption and experiences of bribery in 17 countries across the region. The GCB surveyed nearly 20,000 people in Asia from March 2019 – September 2020. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, most interviews for this survey were conducted via telephone using random digital dialling (RDD) with quota control as a sampling approach.
