Ce rapport présente un panorama régional sur l’état de la responsabilité et de la transparence dans la gestion du système éducatif primaire de sept pays d'Afrique. Il a été réalisé dans le cadre du programme Africa Education Watch (AEW). Ce programme de trois ans (2007-2010), mis en oeuvre par Transparency international (TI), se penche tout particulièrement sur la bonne gouvernance dans la gestion des fonds publics alloués à l’éducation primaire.
