No affiliation between Transparency International and “Federation of Global Watchdog”

Since February 2006, articles have occasionally appeared in the press alleging an affiliation between Transparency International and an organisation called “Federation of Global Watchdog”, based in Finland.

Transparency International has no knowledge of or affiliation with this organisation. Neither the Transparency International Secretariat nor any of its independent chapters has ties to an organisation by this name.
