Regulating against opportunities for corruption

The Trinidad and Tobago Transparency Institute presents the 2013 Anti-Corruption Conference on Friday 8 March 2013, 8:30am – 5pm.

Corruption undermines good governance and has damaging consequences for the daily lives of citizens. Not only can it affect people's ability to earn what is due to them, but also the quality of public services.

In this intense one-day conference a variety of topics will be discussed that are key to efforts to tackle corruption, such as building business integrity, regulating political party funding, ethics in the protective services as well as corruption in sport.
