Global: Olympus says it may have violated bribery law

In an early test of its effort to enhance regulatory compliance after a multibillion-dollar accounting scandal, Olympus Corp. said it had informed the U.S. Justice Department of possible expense-accounting irregularities in Brazil that may have violated U.S. antibribery law.
