Second Global Conference on Social Responsibility: Role of Business in Alleviating Poverty

The World Council for Corporate Governance (WCFCG) attempts to widen the scope of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a way to alleviate poverty. This year’s conference focuses on the role of business as a catalyst in poverty reduction, by emphasising collaboration, the need of aligning strategies in the global context to improve energy security.
