More people can file Free of Information requests and report illegal constructions. Moreover, the procedure for filing FOI requests and reporting illegal construction would be shorter and easier, and therefore could be used by any person with a mobile phone.
There is no need to say how important it is to have less technical obstacles, and have these simple and easy solutions.
The problem we are trying to address by mobilizing more people to file FOI requests or to report illegal construction through mobile applications is important in the context of our ongoing projects of free access to information, illegal construction, public procurement, the fight against corruption and so on. The target audience we are trying to reach are all citizens who want to provide us with information, but are not able to come to our offices or have another obstacle in doing so.
